Total Lunar Eclipse on 8/28/07

Total Lunar Eclipse on 8/28/07

Here’s the moon right after the eclipse became total. This is a 30 second exposure so you can see much of the detail on the moon. While it’s been hazy this morning, the viewing is actually better than I feared and I’m going to now try to get some photos of other stuff that I don’t normally see since I normally view at night.

  1. I love your work. I was wondering if I could include a few photos on our morning show tomorrow(wed)at 6:45ish? I would include you name and location. If interested just send me a couple to bsmith@wdef.com

Nice job. That is a beautiful shot. We had Lookout Mountain block our view.
