M81-Bode’s Galaxy on 3/18/09

Bode’s Galaxy has been one of my favorite targets of late. Tonight I was able to get guiding to work properly (at least on northern targets) and I was able to take a bunch of 2 minute subs which I stacked to get this image. With the longer subs, it really brings out more subtle detail.
